Bella Nove Construction Begins

Sanguine Advisory was engaged by the owners of the Bella Nove project to assist with funding and delivery of their 47 Townhouse project.
Shane Bulloch confirmed:
“Sanguine has provided funds to complete the recapitalisation of the project, unlocking the project for the owners and then secured senior construction funding for the first stage.”
Located at Albany Creek, Bella Nove includes 47 large and high quality 4 bedroom Townhouses. Priced from $519,000 they suit both owner-occupiers and investors alike, with 4 of the 13 townhouses in Stage 1 having already been sold. Midson Construction has commenced work on site and Stage 1 completion is forecast for August 2020.
